Qualifications

• Must be transitioning into final year of residency (PGY2) or early in final year - PGY2 Resident.
• Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Massachusetts; open to other areas as well.

Responsibilities

• Guaranteed salary in final year of training.
• Reduce job-search burden during final months.
• Operate in a value-based care model and population health initiatives.
• Exposure to Quadruple Aim framework across care settings.
• Mentorship from experienced physicians.
• Program conducted at Atrius Health facilities or virtually (1–3 hours/month).
• Post-residency employment agreement with Atrius Health.
