Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, invites PGY2/PGY3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residents to join our Primary Care Physician Pathways Program in Dedham, MA. The program offers a guaranteed salary in the final year of training and mentorship from experienced physicians to ease the transition into practice.

The customized pathway may be completed on-site at Atrius Health facilities or virtually, with a minimal monthly time commitment of 1–3 hours.

Qualifications

• Must be transitioning into PGY3 or fellowship, or early into final year - PGY2 Resident

Responsibilities

• Receive a generous guaranteed salary in final year of training.
• Learn how to operate and thrive in a value-based care model in a system driving population health initiatives.
• Grow exposure to the Quadruple Aim framework and various understandings of care settings (Affordability, Quality Outcomes, Patient Satisfaction, Clinician Well-Being).
• Mentorship from experienced physicians within your future practice easing transition from training into practice.
• The customized program will be completed at Atrius Health facilities and/or virtually with deep exposure to primary care and this practice environment that will require a commitment of only a few hours per month (1-3 hours).
• Resident Physician Pathways position is offered in conjunction with securing a signed post-residency employment agreement with Atrius Health.
