Job summary

Atrius Health, part of Optum, seeks PGY2/PGY3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residents to join the Primary Care Physician Pathways Program. This residency-based role offers mentorship and exposure to value-based care within a national organization, with potential post-residency employment at Atrius Health.

Clinical experiences will be at Atrius Health facilities and/or virtual, with a commitment of a few hours per month, and a generous salary in the final year of training.

Qualifications

• Must be transitioning into final year of residency or fellowship, or early into final year - PGY2 Resident.
• Preferred candidate local to Massachusetts; open to other areas as well.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Primary Care Physician Pathways Program at Atrius Health facilities or virtually.
• Engage with value-based care initiatives and Quadruple Aim framework.
• Mentorship from experienced physicians to ease transition from training into practice.
