Job summary

Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, is seeking PGY2/PGY3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident Physicians for its Primary Care Physician Pathways Program. The program provides mentorship and a structured transition into primary care within a value-based care system across eastern Massachusetts locations.

Compensation in the final year of training is guaranteed, with benefits including comprehensive packages and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical School or School of Osteopathic Medicine.
• Transitioning into final year of residency or fellowship, or early into final year - PGY2 Resident Physician transitioning into PGY3 Resident Physician.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Primary Care Physician Pathways Program during final-year residency.
• Engage in mentorship with experienced physicians to ease transition to practice.
• Work at Atrius Health facilities and/or virtually with limited monthly commitment (1–3 hours).
