Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Move-Out Coordinator for our Continuing Care Retirement Community in North Dallas. You will guide residents and families through the move-out process, coordinate logistics, and ensure accurate handling of final bills and deposits.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Familiarity with move-out handbooks, contracts and deposit processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the move-out process, scheduling activities and arranging moving day logistics.
• Support residents and families, answer questions and address special needs.
• Review move-out documents and explain final bills and deposits.
• Refer families to pastoral care or social work in case of death.
• Enter resident data into the Deposit Tracking System.
• Monitor resale status and communicate updates to families.
