Job summary

The Brennity at Vero Beach, a Sagora Senior Living community, is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to support the Sales and Marketing Director in planning move-ins, move-outs, and other sales activities. This full-time role emphasizes Residents First, teamwork, and a welcoming, well-organized environment.

Ideal candidates will have one year of sales or administrative experience, solid Microsoft Office skills, and professional English communication.

Qualifications

• One year of sales or administrative experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong verbal and written communication in English

Responsibilities

• Manage move-in paperwork and maintain resident files
• Coordinate refurbishing, cleaning and inspection of apartments after move-out
• Communicate daily with Sales & Marketing Director on prospective move-ins
• Coordinate the move-in process for new residents
• Ensure paperwork, apartment prep, move scheduling and orientation
• Provide administrative support for Marketing Department
• Represent the community at events and with outside groups
• Assist in planning monthly prospect and referral activities
• Support execution of marketing plans to achieve occupancy goals
