Job summary

Swami International is seeking an Anaheim Resident Manager to oversee two adjacent residential properties. This role combines leasing, operations oversight, vendor coordination, compliance, and resident relations, with the Manager residing on-site at 1600 Broadway and assisting nearby property needs.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in property management and leadership, strong occupancy/turn performance, and solid knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws, with proficiency in AppFolio

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in property management.
• 5+ years in a management or leadership role.
• Experience managing 20-60 units preferred.
• Knowledge of industry legal rules and regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills using performance metrics and team-building strategies.
• Strong written, oral and reading communication skills to interpret complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of two adjacent residential properties.
• Market vacancies and conduct property tours to pre-screen applicants.
• Coordinate and oversee unit turns with vendors and maintenance.
• Collect rent and post payments in the property system.
• Maintain logs, reports, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and CA landlord-tenant laws.
• Oversee vendor coordination and emergency maintenance response.
• Act as liaison between residents and corporate office and provide weekly updates.
