Property Management Associates in Santa Ana, CA seeks an experienced Property Manager for a 288-unit apartment community. You will live on-site, supervise Assistant Managers, Leasing Consultants, Maintenance and vendors, market and lease apartments, and perform regular property walk-throughs with a focus on preventative maintenance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years experience managing large 250-unit plus class A or B properties.
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Track record of supervising Assistant Managers, Leasing Consultants, Maintenance and vendors.
• Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list.
• Proven ability to market and lease apartments.
• Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Walk property daily/weekly and ensure preventative maintenance items are completed.
• Market and lease apartments to maintain occupancy.
• Supervise Assistant Managers, Leasing Consultants, Maintenance and vendors.
