Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Rockford, IL seeks a full-time Program Manager to oversee two shift operations, uphold center standards, and supervise beneficiary services. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Managerial experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required (to qualify for Salvation Army insurance).

Responsibilities

• Enforce house rules and maintain center security.
• Conduct beneficiary orientations and facility tours.
• Lead weekly house meetings and oversee staff.
• Supervise medication calls and ensure proper documentation.
• Respond to beneficiary inquiries and emergencies.
• Complete incident reports and Safe From Harm documentation.
• Maintain daily reports and electronic data entries.
