Job summary

EAH Housing is seeking a Resident Manager I to oversee Point Reyes Family (27-unit) and Walnut Place (25-unit), affordable housing communities in Point Reyes Station, CA. The role focuses on day-to-day property operations, rent collection, and compliance with HUD/TCAC/ADA guidelines, ensuring the sites’ fiscal, physical and social soundness.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of affordable housing property management experience; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of affordable housing property management experience.
• Knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, DFEH and ADA guidelines.
• Ability to develop and implement budgets and variance reports.
• Skills in resident problem solving and staff management.

Responsibilities

• Collects Rent and makes bank deposits.
• Prepares rent rolls and verifies income conforms with HUD/TCAC regulations.
• Maintains waiting list and processes leases.
• Supervises on-site staff, handles evictions, inspectors, and coordinates repairs for HUD properties.
