EAH Housing seeks a Resident Manager I to oversee two properties in Honolulu, Wilder Vista (54 units) and Artesian Vista (53 units). This full-time role requires 1+ year in affordable housing property management and knowledge of HUD/TCAC/ADA guidelines. Rel license or plan to obtain within 9 months.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management experience.
• Ability to develop and implement budgets and variance reports.
• Skills in resident problem solving and staff management.

Responsibilities

• Collect rents, make bank deposits, prepare rent rolls, verify income.
• Comply with HUD/TCAC or other regulations.
• Maintain waiting list, prepare and process leases.
• Supervise on-site staff.
• Process evictions, conduct annual inspections and coordinate repairs.
• Submit vouchers for HUD properties.
