Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Resident Manager for SummerCrest, a 72-unit community in Fresno, CA. The role includes managing on-site staff, overseeing leasing, and ensuring maintenance and compliance while providing excellent resident service.

Qualifications include LIHTC experience, an associate degree or equivalent, Yardi familiarity, and strong communication and organizational skills. This exempt unit position offers rent-free housing and room for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue by collecting budgeted income and minimizing losses.
• Control expenditures and approve purchases and vendor services.

• Manage on-site staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Provide resident services and respond to complaints.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain property standards and oversee maintenance and improvements.

Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? Richman Property Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Full-Time Resident Manager to join our dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional living experiences.

Position:

Resident Manager (Exempt unit)

Location:

SummerCrest, Our 72 unit community. Fresno, CA

Hours:

Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Key Qualifications:

• LIHTC experience required
• Live on Exempt unit (Rent free)
• Property Management Experience Preferred
• Yardi Experience.

Requirements:

• Education:
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; CPM designation helpful.
• Experience:
  • Three to five years of apartment industry and supervisory experience.
  • Tax credit experience preferred.
• Skills & Certifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management software.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing and Equal Employment guidelines.
  • Reliable transportation for travel between properties.
  • Knowledge of local and federal laws, bookkeeping, maintenance, and marketing strategies.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
