Job Title: Resident Maintenance Technician Level III

The Resident Maintenance Technician Level III is responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance. Acts as a material handling technician on all equipment installed at a specific site location.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $30 to $35 at the time of posting. Final compensation will depend on factors such as location, education, experience, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do In This Role
  • Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, lubrication, etc.
  • Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures.
  • Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry.
  • Create and close work orders in the asset management system, including labor hours, parts used, and maintenance details.
  • Troubleshoot semi-complex problems and identify resources needed for resolution.
  • Locate and track spare parts from inventory.
  • Perform routine maintenance and testing to ensure equipment meets specifications.
  • Respond to service calls and resolve equipment failures and faults.
  • Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships across all organizational levels.
What We Are Looking For
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or vocational training preferred. Certifications are a plus.
  • General technical knowledge or specialty area expertise.
  • Proven experience in relevant responsibilities and successful task execution.
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to perform bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching activities.
  • Occasional pushing and pulling of loaded wheeled dollies up to 100 pounds.
  • Good dexterity in both hands and wrists.
  • Ability to climb ladders and gangways safely.
  • Work conditions may include confined spaces, dust, fumes, temperature extremes, noise, vibration, and uneven surfaces.
  • Must be able to stand or walk for 10-12 hours.
  • Flexibility to cover multiple shifts and holiday hours as needed.
