Job summary

Moorings Park is hiring an Activities Concierge to coordinate activities and foster meaningful connections with residents and their families. Guided by the Best Friends™ Philosophy, the role promotes dignity, engagement, and well-being through thoughtful communication and tailored programming.

The position requires a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, and holidays) and involves planning events, supervising staff, managing calendars, and ensuring safety and HIPAA compliance across programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication in English is required.
• Active Florida CPR certification within six months of employment.
• Experience in senior living, hospitality, dining services, or activity coordination with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and foster connections with residents and families.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead group and individual life enrichment programs.
• Organize events, manage calendars, and document attendance.
• Communicate resident needs to interdisciplinary team and support coordinated care.
• Supervise and schedule activity staff; assist with budgeting and purchasing.
