Job summary

Moorings Park is seeking an Activities Concierge to coordinate engaging programs and build meaningful connections with residents and families. Guided by the Best Friends™ Philosophy, you will promote dignity, engagement, and well‑being through thoughtful communication and personalized activities.

You will support a warm living environment, schedule events, supervise activity staff, and ensure safety and inclusion across programs and daily interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Active Florida CPR certification required within six months of employment.
• Previous experience in senior living, hospitality, dining services, or activity coordination with older adults preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Works in compliance with HIPAA regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and life enrichment programs reflecting residents' interests.
• Plan, coordinate, lead group and individual activities and events.
• Organize special events and outings; work with volunteers and external vendors.
• Create and update monthly activity calendars; document attendance and notes.
• Communicate resident needs to the inter-disciplinary team.
• Support transitions such as admissions and room changes.
