Job summary

The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is looking for a Residence Life Assistant to support the Residence Life program in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. This part-time student role requires at least 5 hours of work weekly, with duties including administrative tasks, coordinating Health & Safety checks, and engaging with students.

Candidates must be full-time CMC students with experience in residence life or student leadership. The pay rate is $20.50 per hour, with additional benefits such as annual leave and mental health resources.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality and engage positively with students.
• Experience in residence life, student leadership, or on-campus roles necessary.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative tasks for the Residence Life program.
• Manage front desk operations and coordinate Health & Safety checks.
• Assist with RA Programming and administrative paperwork.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to manage one's own work

Proficient in basic computer skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
