The RLC serves on the professional staff team for the Department of Residence Life and reports to an Assistant Director of Residence Life.
Responsibilities include understanding and stewardship of residents, staff, and physical facilities of their assigned area. The RLC must possess excellent decision‑making, teamwork, and leadership skills.
First, housing is provided! Get immersed in our dynamic Oredigger vibes, living on campus in a 2‑bedroom apartment provided by Mines. Beyond living on our beautiful campus in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, you’ll be part of a fantastic team of Residence Life professionals and interact every day with our incredible STEM students. RLCs truly make a difference in the day‑to‑day lives of our students. You’ll also gain valuable training and experience to keep you moving forward in your student‑focused career.
