• Experience in Long Term Care Activities Department is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing & evaluating the activity programs & quality assurance for the Activities Department.
• Observe resident attendance, mood and involvement and report progress with descriptive notes.
• Create a warm, supportive atmosphere and collaborate with other departments.
• Prepare activity rooms and assist with equipment and supply needs.
• Assist residents with crafts and daily activities and maintain confidentiality.
