Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months experience as an aide or the equivalent in a nursing home, hospital or health care facility.
• Must meet the minimum age requirements for a work permit in Mississippi.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activity Director in developing and implementing a program of physical, mental and spiritual activities to help residents live life fully.
• Maintain and restore residents' physical and mental capacities in line with standards and policies.
• Support residents’ participation in activities and ensure safety and well-being during programs.
