• Care Management and Service Delivery - 70%: provide programming that meets residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Encourage residents to participate in hobbies and crafts and assist with crafts and activities.
• Visit bed-bound residents, provide reading/writing materials, and help with hobbies.
