Qualifications

• Ability to document activities and adhere to regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with elderly residents.

Responsibilities

• Comply with policies and procedures.
• Report abuse or neglect immediately to supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Plan and implement activities for individuals and groups.
• Maintain documentation as required by regulations.
• Assist in initial assessments and front name board.
• Create monthly activity calendars and post on boards.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.
• Support Residents’ Rights in daily operations.
