You will assist in organizing activities, preparing spaces, and guiding resident engagement to enhance physical, social, and mental well-being of residents. Relevant LTC activities experience is preferred, with a focus on patience, tact, and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Experience in Long Term Care Activities Department.
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition & enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and charting activity programs.
• Assist in preparing and cleaning up activity rooms/areas for scheduled programs.
• Oversee residents’ engagement to promote physical, social and mental well-being.
