Vantage Care Management is seeking a Clinical Manager / Staff Development Coordinator for Vantage at Lowell. This role leads daily nursing operations and directs staff development, orientation, and competency programs to ensure safe, high-quality resident care.

The position combines clinical leadership, supervision, education, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license required.
• Long-term care / skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Nursing leadership, staff development, education, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily nursing operations and promote high-quality resident care.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor nursing personnel to promote accountability and professional development.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate follow-up and communication.
• Review care plans and ensure care is delivered per plans of care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation, social services and other team members.
