Vantage at Lowell is seeking a Clinical Manager / Staff Development Coordinator to lead daily nursing operations and drive staff education. You will supervise nursing personnel, mentor teams, and ensure care plans are followed while coordinating with physicians and other disciplines.

The role emphasizes quality, regulatory compliance, and ongoing staff development to support safe, high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license required.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Nursing leadership or staff development experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervise nursing staff.
• Mentor staff and support professional development.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure care plans are followed.
