Job summary

Vantage of Lowell, part of Vantage Care, LLC, is seeking an Activities Assistant to support recreational programs, plan and lead activities, and promote socialization and well-being for residents at 500 Wentworth Ave, Lowell MA.

The role offers a flexible schedule (Full-Time / Part-Time / Per Diem) with a pay range of $16–$18 per hour, and benefits including medical, vision, dental insurance, 401(k), PTO and sick time. CPR/First Aid knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Creativity and strong organizational skills are required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assist with resident activities.
• Maintain activity schedules and records.
• Coordinate vendors and supplies.
• Track participation and feedback while ensuring activities follow budget guidelines.
