Responsibilities include leading group activities, documenting progress, supporting care planning, coordinating volunteers, and planning special events. Flexible scheduling and education reimbursement are available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the practical application of recreation service programs.
• Ability to relate positively to residents, families and staff.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and company information.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Complete required documentation as assigned.
• Contribute to resident care planning preparation.
• Provide individual programming as assigned.
• Maintain recreation department supplies and equipment
• Work with volunteers as assigned
• Assist with planning and leadership of special events
