Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a part-time Community Life Aide for day shifts (11:00am - 7:00pm, includes every other weekend) to support the resident life programs and care plans within Trinity Senior Living Communities.

The role involves planning, implementing and evaluating activities to enhance residents' social, emotional, and spiritual well-being, while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with the Community Life Team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Chauffeur license desirable and may be required to obtain a class C driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate community life programs for residents.
• Assist residents in planning meaningful goals for community life activities.
• Maintain documentation of resident activity participation and progress.
