Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of Relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging recreational and social activities that promote community and quality of life for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities and events to residents.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities.
• Prepare activity spaces and ensure equipment/supplies are ready for use.
• Lead and document activities such as arts, crafts, games, music, and exercise sessions.
