Responsibilities

• Lead programs and activities to promote socialization and well-being.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents.
• Tailor activities to resident needs based on cognitive and physical abilities.
• Prepare spaces and gather equipment for activities.
• Lead and document group activities and track participation and outcomes.
