Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging programs by organizing and executing activities.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents.
• Tailor activities to resident needs based on cognitive and physical abilities.
• Prepare activity spaces and ensure equipment is ready for use.
• Lead and document activities including arts and crafts, games, and exercise.
