• Assist in conducting daily, weekly, weekend and monthly activities and events.
• Maintain therapy records and Snoozelen room assessments.
• Provide outings for residents and plan reminiscence sessions with residents and families.
• Prepare and post monthly activity calendars; maintain activity rooms.
• Visit residents 1:1 weekly to assess activity needs and document observations.
• Maintain resident activity records in charts per DHEC; complete weekly newsletter.
