Job summary

Olen Living is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for our West Palm Beach, Florida community. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of residential leasing experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage tours, applications, and renewals under the Property Manager guidance.

This role requires excellent customer service, sales skills, and knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) and property management software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of residential leasing experience required.
• Must be well versed with all Fair Housing laws.
• Working knowledge of Office 365 including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Experience working with property management software is a plus and willingness and capability to learn new software.
• Good customer service skills, communication skills, and sales ability.
• Team player attitude, enthusiasm, and motivation.
• Able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conducts tours of models, vacant apartments, property, and property amenities.
• Utilizes resident, prospect and revenue management software systems for leasing activity such as inquiries, appointments, prospect follow up, quotes, rental agreements, and renewals.
• Maintains closing ratio based upon the needs of the community.
• Processes rental applications in a timely manner for review and final approval of the Property Manager.
• Follows through and assumes accountability for overall move-in program.
• Assists in initiating and closing out service requests.
• Conducts market surveys of comparable properties.
• Assists with outreach marketing program.
• Helps plan, schedule, organize and participate in resident functions.
