Job summary

Olen Living in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to rent vacant units and help maintain a high occupancy rate. You will conduct model and property tours, manage leasing inquiries and move-ins, and support the customer service standards across the community.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of residential leasing experience, strong customer service and sales skills, and are proficient with Office 365 and property management software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of residential leasing experience required.
• Must be well versed with Fair Housing laws.
• Proficiency with Office 365 including Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Experience with property management software is a plus and willingness to learn new software.
• Strong customer service, communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts tours of models, vacant apartments, property and amenities.
• Uses leasing software for inquiries, appointments, quotes, rental agreements and renewals.
• Maintains closing ratio based on community needs.
• Processes rental applications for review and approval.
• Supports move-in program and follow-up service requests.
• Performs market surveys of comparable properties and assists with outreach marketing.
• Plans, schedules and participates in resident functions.
