Job summary

Real Property Management Pittsburgh is seeking a Leasing Agent to create an outstanding experience for prospective residents during showings and to be the face of our company. You will manage listings, respond promptly to inquiries, conduct showings, assess property conditions, and help onboarding for approved residents, while coordinating with the team to meet leasing goals.

This role offers full-time and part-time hours, with mileage reimbursement and leasing bonuses for each signed lease,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or another service-oriented role preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Google Workspace and CRM/property management software (Appfolio and RentEngine).
• Knowledge of the local rental market is a plus.
• PA Real Estate License preferred but not required
• Must have working knowledge of: Fair Housing Laws, PA Landlord-Tenant practices, Building maintenance basics, Anti-discrimination laws.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to prospective resident questions.
• Record and maintain accurate prospect information within company software.
• Maintain current and accurate listings for available rental properties.
• Conduct property showings.
• Assess property conditions, as needed, during showings.
• Collect and submit weekly market feedback on vacant properties.
• Help property managers coordinate a smooth onboarding process for approved residents.
• Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve leasing processes and customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
