The role requires strong communication, organization, and independence to handle multiple properties, leads, showings, and applications across the Pittsburgh area. You will work with the property management team to keep listings current and leases moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple properties and leads with timely follow-up.
• Excellent written and spoken communication across calls, texts, and emails.
• Comfortable using property management and leasing software.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to prospective tenant inquiries.
• Schedule and conduct property showings across the Pittsburgh area.
• Follow up with leads and move them through the leasing process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, showings, applications, and leasing activity.
• Prepare rental listings and coordinate pricing, availability, and updates.
• Coordinate property photography, listing information, pricing, availability, and marketing updates.
• Assist prospective tenants with rental applications and required documentation.
• Review applications for completeness and coordinate the application process with the property management team.
• Prepare leases and coordinate lease execution with approved applicants.
• Communicate move-in requirements, deposits, and utility responsibilities to incoming residents.
• Maintain regular communication with property managers regarding vacancies and upcoming move-ins.
• Help ensure vacant properties are marketed effectively and leased efficiently.
• Provide a professional and positive experience for prospective and incoming residents.
