Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing / Sales Consultant to drive marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across our property portfolio. You will guide prospects through tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth lease signing, while maintaining strong resident relationships.

You will collaborate with Lifestyle Coordinators, use CRM data to optimize conversions, and contribute to events that boost traffic and engagement. A customer-service mindset and local market knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years in sales, marketing, internet and customer service.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively to explain features and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manage prospect data, traffic, and CRM records; run marketing plans to drive occupancy.
• Support lease renewals and renewal playbooks; prepare letters and packages.
• Attend events and outreach activities to generate referrals and new business leads.
