Realign Counseling is seeking Residents in Counseling or Licensed Professional Counselors to join a collaborative, culturally responsive practice focused on community healing. We value diversity, inclusivity, and holistic approaches in mental health care.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver counseling services and contribute to program development. We encourage applicants from underrepresented communities and support ongoing professional growth, supervision, and community

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling services.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in regular supervision and consultation for Residents.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and attend team meetings.
• Support workshops, group facilitation, and community outreach initiatives.
• Uphold ethical and professional counseling standards and cultural humility.
