Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is hiring a Server for our Santa Fe community restaurant. You will help create an exceptional dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver service guests expect in their favorite restaurant.

Your duties include guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, suggesting dishes and drinks, and handling opening/closing dining room duties. We value warmth, eagerness to learn, and genuine care for residents.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service presentation.
• Compassion for residents and willingness to learn.
• Must obtain or hold Food Handler’s Card as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as required by the community.
