Job summary

WellQuest Living Llc is seeking an Executive Director to lead daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive occupancy and financial performance for a senior living community in California.

The role requires a minimum of three years’ elderly residential care experience, a California RCFE certification, and strong leadership skills to manage staff, budgets, and community relations. Applicants must be 21+ and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience providing residential care to the elderly.
• Must possess and maintain California RCFE certification.
• Thorough knowledge of state licensing requirements and regulations.
• Knowledge of elderly care and supervision for residents.
• People-oriented with strong management and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain or supervise financial and other records.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall management and operations of the community.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and policies.
• Monitor marketing/sales to achieve census goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff per policy.
• Consult with department directors on operations.
• Coordinate pre-placement assessments for admissions under applicable rules.
• Oversee safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Represent the property with outside agencies and the community.
