Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Security and Emergency Services Officer to patrol the community, support the gatehouse, and respond to non-emergency calls. The role supports Life Safety and OSHA compliance through routine checks and incident response.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Prior security experience preferred.
• Ability to document daily activities clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior patrols of buildings and grounds.
• Provide relief staffing at the gatehouse as needed.
• Respond to non-emergency service calls via dispatch or radio.
• Assist in community emergencies, including fires or severe weather.
• Screen visitors and vehicles, issue parking passes and directions.
