Job summary

Emerson Lakes by Erickson Senior Living in Lakewood Ranch, FL, is seeking a Security and Emergency Services Officer II to support the grand opening and ongoing operations of our premier continuing care community.

You will conduct patrols, manage gatehouse relief, enforce traffic rules, respond to calls, and assist in medical emergencies while maintaining thorough incident reporting. 18+ years old with EMR/CPR required; 12-hour shifts and shift rotations offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Current Emergency Medical Responder certification (EMR) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property and respond to emergency and routine calls.
• Enforce traffic and parking regulations.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide care using basic interventions.
• Complete thorough incident reports in the online system.
