Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation in California is seeking a Physical Therapist for a flexible PRN role serving Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care communities. The PT provides evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing care while coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, ensure compliant documentation, and participate in community-based program development. Travel between communities is required, with some shifts available for weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state license where applicable.
• Experience supervising PTAs and rehab staff preferred.

Responsibilities
