Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth community operations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and address inquiries professionally.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents, including events planning.
• Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely, safe response to service issues.
• Maintain accurate records of resident files, leases, and financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing property budgets and financial reports to support profitability.
• Support training and supervision of onsite staff to uphold service standards.
