Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager on a multifamily property
• Knowledge of leasing, renewal, collecting rent and property management operations
• Experience with Onesite
• Customer service experience and strong communication
• Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines and handle challenging situations

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a property under the Property Manager
• Assist in leasing, rent collection and resident services
• Process notices and eviction-related tasks as needed
• Monitor lease expirations and renewals on a 90-day cycle
• Coordinate leasing processes (applications, screening, addendums)
• Support staff and other duties as assigned
