Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic construction.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete all routine service/work orders within 24 hours.
• Perform daily common area walkthroughs ensuring cleanliness.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor on daily assignments.
