Article Student Living is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to uphold safety, appearance, and operational standards across our property. You will maintain grounds, common areas, and curb appeal while delivering professional service to residents and presenting a tidy, professional image.

You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor. The role includes on-call duties and a pay range of $24–$25 per hour, reflecting Indiana market levels for maintenance work and customer-facing

• 1+ years of related maintenance or construction work experience.
• Customer service-focused attitude.

• Resolve issues that may arise in the community of the building and property.

Article Student Living is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to ensure our established standards for our property including safety, appearance, and all maintenance operations. You will ensure the outlook of the grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal for the property. The daily responsibilities of the role will vary, depending on the needs of the community. You will provide professional service to the residents, so excellent customer service and a maintained personal appearance is an expectation.
