Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete resident work orders with quality service.
• Prepare apartments for move-in and ensure readiness.
• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical work, carpentry, painting, and equipment repair.
• Follow safety and disaster plans; respond to emergencies promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized offices and mechanical areas to required standards.
• Attend trainings, in-service sessions, and staff meetings.
• Provide safe transportation services for residents when needed.
