Job summary

Senior-Solutions-Management-Grou is seeking a full-time Maintenance position to ensure building upkeep and grounds are well-maintained. You will respond to work orders, ready apartments for move-in, and handle general repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.

You will follow safety procedures, participate in trainings, and maintain a positive rapport with residents and staff while adhering to all company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete resident work orders, ensuring quality of service to maximum resident satisfaction.
• Prepare apartments for move-in as assigned.
• Perform maintenance projects including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and related repairs.
• Be knowledgeable of all property emergency, safety/disaster plans and procedures and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain offices, shops, storage, and mechanical areas to standards.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
• Provide transportation services for residents if needed.
• Maintain a safe working environment and proper body mechanics.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and staff.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
