• Prepares apartments for move-in as assigned.
• Performs general maintenance projects including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting.
• Follows safety plans and responds to emergencies.
• Maintains clean and organized offices, shops, and storage areas.
• Ensures safe working environment and professional demeanor with residents and staff.
