Qualifications

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance tasks is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to assigned properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the property per SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to keep assets functional.
• Prepare apartments for turnovers and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Document work performed, parts used, and follow up as needed.
• Provide high level customer service to residents and staff.
• Assist with basic repairs, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
